Besides its fabulous aroma, spearmint essential oil also has digestive properties.

Digestive essential oil

The essential oil of Spearmint can be recognized by its characteristic aroma of chlorophyll chewing gum. It is recommended for its digestive virtues but also brings a feeling of emotional appeasement.

Use

Oral use: ingest 1 drop of spearmint essential oil on a neutral medium, once a day.
Olfactory way: place the bottle of essential oil of spearmint just below the nostrils and breathe by alternating one nostril then the other.

Composition

100% pure and natural essential oil of spearmint * (Mentha spicata).

Special precautions

Maximum recommended daily dose: 1 drop (40 mg).
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 6 years old.
